This course is specifically designed for communication center personnel to learn how to navigate dementia-related calls. The course begins by discussing general considerations while taking a dementia-related call. Through a deeper understanding of communication and de-escalation techniques, communication center personnel will be better equipped to respond to dementia crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of those involved.
