Full course description
The course begins by examining strategies for communication with people with dementia and then explores how to best approach and navigate a dementia crisis. Through a deeper understanding of communication and de-escalation techniques, direct caregivers will be better equipped to handle dementia crises and ensure the safety and well-being of those involved.
