Full course description
This online course, aimed at HR professionals with one or more HRCI certifications, helps learners understand the ethical and legal challenges facing organizations that use AI for HR. Self-paced and highly interactive, the course introduces learners to the ethical tradeoffs that come with using AI in an HR context. It outlines best practices for choosing and implementing AI systems in an ethically responsible manner. It describes the legal and regulatory landscape ??" both domestic and global -- for organizations that use AI, and it recommends ongoing governance practices to ensure compliance over the long term. The course includes videos, interactive games, and two case studies that ask learners to apply what they have learned in the course to real-world situations.
