Full course description
This course is intended to aid participants in building a strong, practical foundation in professional communication within the healthcare setting. Effective communication is essential to delivering safe, patient-centered care, and this course is designed to help learners develop the skills needed to succeed.
Throughout the module, learners will explore key communication techniques such as active listening, empathy, and clear verbal, non-verbal, and written communication. Learners will also learn to identify common communication barriers and apply evidence-based strategies to overcome them.
