Leadership is not morally neutral. Whenever people work together, leadership shapes how people are treated, what values guide decisions, and what kind of community they create. This module is an introduction to the Soul of Leadership: the moral foundation of leadership rooted in personal character, values, and purpose. The work of the soul is doing what is right, because it is right, even when it is hard.
