This module explores how leadership emerges through human connection and why credibility forms the foundation of our connections with others. When people experience us as trustworthy, caring, and competent, they become more willing to connect, commit, and contribute.

* Why and how leadership depends on human connection
* The three sensibilities people use to evaluate potential connections, including leaders
* How credibility shapes human connection through trustworthiness, care, and competence
* The Soul, Heart, and Mind as the inside-out work that builds credibility—the personal foundation of leadership
**How you'll learn:**
Through short, research-grounded lessons, leadership examples, reflection exercises, and guided practice, participants who complete this module will have:
* A clearer understanding of how credibility enables and shapes leadership
* Greater understanding and awareness of how and why others choose to follow
* A framework for beginning the inside-out work required to build credibility and lead more effectively
