Generative AI for HR Professionals

This course covers the key components of generative AI models and explores some of the primary ways HR professionals are using these tools for tasks such as writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, drafting policies, sending emails, and onboarding new employees. Learners will examine best practices for writing effective prompts and look at some ways to edit and refine AI-generated content. Finally, the course will discuss the important role of human oversight in ensuring that AI is being used ethically and responsibly by HR professionals.
