Change Management Professional is intended to prepare learners to be change management practitioners in the real world. The course includes the Change Management Toolkit, an Excel spreadsheet loaded with helpful resources to guide learners through the process of Change Management.
Learning Outcomes:
Conduct a Change Management Assessment and develop strategy and communications for organizations seeking to undertake a change
Execute a Change Management Plan, including being able to acknowledge and manage resistance
Understand the personal dynamics of change, and guide organizations as they progress through the inevitable change curve
Understand the relationship among antecedents, consequences, and behavior, and implement strategies to change behavior
Develop strategies that result in change becoming a permanent part of an organization
