Full course description
Addressing HR Technology Challenges explores the various issues technology presents in the workplace. To help organizations address these challenges, HR professionals must assess digital skills gaps and ease employee discomfort with tech tools. This course examines the use of AI, siloed departments, multiple vendors, lack of scalability, employee privacy, and compliance, and other topics. It also includes a fictional scenario that puts learners in the shoes of an HR professional at an organization navigating changes brought on by technological advancement.
