Full course description
This online course guides learners in measuring, analyzing, and improving performance at every level of an organization. Self-paced and highly interactive, the course introduces learners to the different factors that affect performance. It shows them how to interpret performance metrics and use those metrics to develop performance improvement strategies. It explores coaching and feedback techniques and examines the essential role of leadership in guiding organizational performance. It also introduces learners to the various ways that AI can boost performance. The course includes videos, interactive games, and two case studies that ask learners to apply what they have learned in the course to real-world situations.
